The Playapus

Steel, plywood, canvas, rip stop nylon, plastic, rubber and EL come together to form a tall, glowing, octopus with comfortable seating for 8. The Playapus made its debut on the playa in 2009. It suffered a few technical challenges and is receiving a complete mutation of its former self to withstand the rigors of the playa. Click on the photo for more details.

Hand-painted Underwear

Celestial Body Tyler will once again be hand painting men's underwear, this year in celebration of the event's theme. Starting on Thursday, from 10AM to 2PM,Tyler will be painting underwear, so get in line early!
